I have looked into it and there was a setting buried deep within my blog preferences that restricted comments to registered google-ites.
Comments are now open to any lunatic, so hopefully it will be easier to comment on the blog (as opposed to the current trend of emailing me, calling at 10:45pm, writing me a letter, sending a note via carrier pigeon etc :)

ReplyDeleteLuckily I am not one to let a slight technical hitch like super user-unfriendly comments section of your blog deter me from finding a way around being restricted to a mere 3000 characters (should the need arise to exceed the limit) and have found that it is easy to post via the post a comment rather than joining up as a follower(as per the trauma that i would imagine harriet had to go through). then you put your www. address where it asks for "url" ie> www.yahoo.co.nz then you are not restricted to any of the parlava of being a follower....and one can let the comments flow....ha!
